User Groups

Description:

Users Groups are a super powerful tool within Tovuti. They can be used for multiple purposes, from setting system permissions to assigning courses to sorting and filtering reports. And because learners can be automatically added or removed fromusers group based on the completion of milestones, the possibilities for what you can do with users group is only limited by your creativity.

User Groups

Every business has an organizational hierarchy filled with Executives, Managers, and other staff with various roles and responsibilities. Sometimes it is necessary to be able to mirror that structure in your learning platform. That way, everyone gets access to the information they need and their screens aren’t cluttered by information they don’t need.

This is exactly why Tovuti gives you the ability to create user groups. Creating user groups is a very simple process. Once in the Administrative dashboard, click on the People tab and then select Groups. From here, you can create as many groups as you need.

Groups can also have sub-groups. This allows administrators to get as granular as they need to with the permissioning of learning assets in the platform. There is no limit to the amount of groups that can be created so get in there and start organizing your people now!
