As a Support Manager here at Tovuti, Ryan's role is to ensure that training is top notch for our Support Engineers so that they can deliver our customers World-Class service! On top of this, his role is reviewing all of the feedback we receive to share the good news and celebrate how awesome our customers are, and communicating with our customers to make sure they feel cared for and how best we can be of service to them!
Ryan's passions are health and fitness, snowboarding and having the expressed talent of having a radio announcer voice! His nickname is “Ryno” because he is like a Rhino: Rare, patient, and able to tip his head into an issue and come out on the other side with the answer!
