Shelby’s experience with Account and Project Management, Customer Service, and Onboarding was built initially in the luxury travel industry and then broadened in the tech industry. She enjoys turning complicated situations into a win for clients and the business while providing an inclusive work environment for her team. When she’s not enjoying a fresh cup of Seattle coffee, Shelby spends time in the mountains hiking and camping with her rescue dog George. Skiing is her passion, but when she can’t hit the slopes, she stays active with Yoga and learning new skills, like SQL.
