Leverage built-in pop-up notifications within the system. You can set the notifications so that they have to be interacted with and acknowledged. And, you can also geofence these notifications based on the GPS location of the learner.

Popup Notifications:

Tovuti has many ways for you to communicate with your learners. One way is through pop-up notifications.

To create a popup notification that will show on a learner dashboard next time they log in, go to the administrative side of the system and click on the Communications tab and then Popup Notifications. Now click New.

Give your popup a title and then enter in the message you want the popup to contain. On the Button Settings tab, you can configure what you want the button to say. For example, if you are letting an employee know of a new policy, you can have a button set up that says “I understand,” on it.

In the Advanced Settings tab, you can configure who the popup is going out to, when you want the popup to go live, and how long you want it to last. You can also geofence popups to only appear to users in certain geographic locations!

Popups are a great tool to communicate with your users and get an instant response from them that they have read it.
