Tovuti Welcomes Shari Hofer as Chief Operations & Marketing Officer to Drive Strategic Growth and Platform Innovation

EAGLE, Idaho, June 25, 2025 -- Tovuti, a next-generation Learning Management System (LMS) powering growth and enablement, proudly announces the appointment of Shari Hofer as Chief Operations and Marketing Officer. This key leadership hire reflects Tovuti’s commitment to scaling operations, expanding market leadership, and delivering transformational learning experiences to its customers.

“I’m thrilled to welcome Shari to the Tovuti executive team,” said Matt Baker, CEO of Tovuti. “She brings a rare combination of creative marketing expertise, operational rigor, and mission-driven leadership. Her strategic vision and execution capabilities will be critical as we expand our platform, elevate our brand, and deepen our impact across key industries.”

Hofer joins Tovuti with more than two decades of executive leadership experience at the intersection of marketing, education, and technology. Her track record includes senior roles at Wiley, Rosetta Stone, and Blackboard, as well as board positions at Voxy and Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington. She is also part of the Exceptional Women Alliance. Hofer is known for her ability to lead with vision while optimizing systems, people, and processes. At Tovuti, she will oversee both operations and marketing, focusing on organizational scalability, customer-centric growth, and category differentiation.

“Tovuti is at a powerful inflection point,” said Hofer. “With a human-first culture, a future-forward product, and strong customer love, we’re poised to become the go-to platform for organizations that want to not only train their people—but truly enable performance and inspire growth.”

Hofer’s appointment comes as Tovuti CEO Matt Baker builds out a dynamic leadership bench, joining recent key hires David Monson (Head of Product), Tim Bunch (Head of Engineering), and Chris VandenBosch (Head of Sales). She will collaborate closely with seasoned leaders, including Leah Martin (Controller), Chris Weddick (Head of Customer Experience), and Dennis Shewmaker (Head of Operations Security), to drive cross-functional momentum and market expansion.

Tovuti’s all-in-one platform offers AI-powered content creation, built-in course libraries, and rich engagement features—empowering organizations to upskill teams, accelerate onboarding, and build performance-ready workforces.

With Hofer joining the leadership team, Tovuti is doubling down on its commitment to become the #1 learning and enablement platform—fueled by innovation, integrity, and the values of MOYO: being respected and revered by the communities we serve.
