Checklists are a great way to ensure that your learners always know what they need to be working on inside of Tovuti. Checklists can also have due dates that can be fixed or dynamic, meaning you don't have to reset a due date on the checklist for every new learner that comes into your system.

Checklists:

With Tovuti’s Checklist feature, learners can complete courses, attend events, and finish tasks that happen outside of the learning environment. Checklists give administrators the ability to create as many custom learning paths as their learners need and learners can be assigned more than one checklist. Checklists can also have dynamic due dates which means no more setting due dates for training materials every time you hire a new employee.

To create a checklist, you go to the Learning tab from the administrator dashboard and then choose Checklists. From there you click the new button and then specify the activities that the checklist will be made out of.

The purpose of the checklist is to ensure that when a learner logs into Tovuti, they always know what they should be working on and aren’t waiting around for you to give them instructions.
